Lockers
I am a member of Les Amis du Biodôme and have access to free lockers. How does it work?
To use the free lockers at the Biodôme and the Planétarium, you must bring a $2 coin. This coin allows you to obtain the key for the locker of your choice.
Once you have stored your belongings, present the orange key at the Les Amis du Biodôme service counter located in the Biodôme entrance hall. A team member will confirm your membership status and return your $2 coin.

I purchased an Espace pour la vie Passport but did not receive the email containing my Passport. What should I do?
If you purchased your Espace pour la vie Passport through Les Amis du Biodôme and did not receive the document by email, please contact us at the following address to report the issue:
